Register for the Pep Boys program on mobile
The same one-time enrollment from Partner Programs in the Driver app — same things, same order.
Registration is a one-time enrollment for your company. Four things and a signature, and it takes about a minute. Once you are enrolled, your whole fleet is covered. The mobile flow asks for the same things as the web, in the same order.
Open Partner Programs and start the application
Go to Partner Programs. Pep Boys appears under Referral programs, which are the programs where jobs come to you through a referring partner.
The card shows how much of the required setup you have done. When it reads Ready to submit and every required item is met, select Start application.
Check there is a Pep Boys near you
Same check as the web. Enter your ZIP, pick a radius, and tap Check. You will see how many participating locations are in range and how many fall inside your coverage.
If there is at least one, tap Continue to register.
Register your company
Enter your USDOT and tap Look Up to pull your FMCSA carrier record, which fills in the rest. Otherwise enter your legal business name and address by hand.
Add EIN, entity type and years in business expands the optional fields.
Give Pep Boys a number someone answers
Under Who to call, fill in your primary contact, dispatch email, and dispatch phone. This is the line Pep Boys and Dolooma use to reach you about a drop-off, so make it one that gets answered.
Add a title, mobile number, billing email or website expands the optional fields, including the billing email for settlement statements and a mobile number for program calls and texts.
Estimate your retail jobs per month
Under What it pays, enter roughly how many retail jobs you run a month. It is your own estimate and nothing is held to it. You will see what the program is worth at that volume: $20 per job, on top of your retail tow fee, once the drop-off is verified.
Review the summary, accept, and sign
Check the summary reads correctly, then tick both boxes:
- Dolooma Provider Agreement and Referral Program Terms.
- Privacy Policy, plus consent to background verification.
Type your full legal name under Electronic Signature. Typing your name constitutes a legally binding signature. Submit Application stays disabled until both boxes are ticked and the signature is filled in, with “Accept both agreements and sign” shown next to it as the reason.
What happens next
- Your fleet is enrolled. There is nothing to switch on truck by truck.
- Work through your setup checklist. Coverage, trucks, hours, and your certificate of insurance live there, and completing more of it makes you eligible for more programs automatically.
- Make sure your drivers have the Driver app installed and signed in.
